hey bitches!!! it’s been too long.

dude i have no idea how far i carried him. 20-30 steps or so. it’s a foggy afternoon. =+)

got in a workout today. nutritions been good the last couple days too.

workout:

shoulder circuit
bench press: 55 x 8; 75 x 6; 95 x 4; 110 x 2; 120 x 2; 125 x 1; 80 x 10, 10, 10
pendlay row: 75 x 10; 100 x 8, 8, 8
db snatch: 20 x 15R/15L, 15R/15L
pullups: bw x 4, 4, 3
hanging knee raises: bw x 12, 12

strength is definitely down…but that’s what not doing much for months and months will do to ya. but i’m back in the game. legs tomorrow! :scared:

welcome back. Those pics give me ideas for workout in case I’m ever in a pinch. Though impromptu workouts don’t usually go over well with me. Once I got this idea to push my car in an outlet mall parking lot. Before I even got started I slammed my thumb in the door.

deadlift: 105 x 8; 135 x 6; 185 x 4; 225 x 2; 265 x 1
deficit dl: 105 x 10; 135 x 8, 8
reverse bb lunges: 85 x 8L/8R; 105 x 6L/6R

haven’t done deadlifts in so freakin long. felt great. can’t wait to get mah strenf back.

Strenf looks pretty good if you’re pulling 265 after a dry spell.

30-that’s a milestone. i love the fact that every year since i’ve turned 30 i want to get better and better. i know you are busy but be sure to check in once and awhile…:slight_smile:

some shoulder stuff

hit some squats and rdl’s yesterday. was too busy to find time to log it and now i’m not home so don’t have the numbers. kept it light and easy.

today i have the kids. now that they’re all getting big they’re like the perfect weight to throw around and get in a workout while playing.

andrew zimmern (from bizarre foods) is at the farm with his crew right now. they’re doing a show on roadside stands.

Deja, when you do your shoulder set, are you standing or sitting? And I assume you are supersetting?
