damn i’m a bad girl when it comes to logging my workouts.
i’ve totally been back at it lately though.
my little sis is living with us for the summer and it’s been phenomenal to have a workout partner. bitch is going to be STRONG by the end of summer.
i’ll be better about logging. i swear.

omg my life has been so fuckin packed. swamped. and not just up the ass. haha
anyways… i’ve been working out about twice a week…but not with any kind of focus on getting any decent strength back. i just can’t find the time/energy. but it’s important to me and i’ve GOT to make it happen.
luckily i tend to be really into lifting in the fall/winter…so hopefully my seasonal tendencies help me out this year.
i really want to hit 30 (next june) in the best shape of mah life. good thing i have a LOT of time. =+)
managed to fit in a trip to missoula (montana) earlier this month. my old lady ran her first marathon there. she did great and finished in just over 4 hours.
the trip was ridiculously fun. we managed to fit camping, floating the river twice, lots of partying, folfing twice, a marathon, and a bunch of other fun shit into the 6 day trip. so it definitely wasn’t relaxing and i came back as tired as when i left…but damn was it a blast. so good to see lots of old friends.
so anyways i really need to get back to logging my workouts and paying a bit of attention to what the hell is going into my mouth.
only workout i got in on our trip involved drunk carrying a 200 lb dude around the park on mah shoulders. lol

30 next June eh? Ah, youngsters! Congrats on your lady’s marathon. That’s a respectable time. I reckon it’d take me at least 5 hours, probably more. I’m a plodder.
Your trip sounds great - I wouldn’t sweat missing the gym as it sounds as though you’re doing a load of fun stuff and you won’t regret the memories. I tend to get more serious about the gym during the winter, too, although I tend to eat worse then as well. Ahem.
hey cal! yeah it’s definitely a decent time for a first marathon. she did a good job of hitting the weights while training so her body’s looking pretty damn fantastic.
