Adjust the bar down on your back - should fix the numbness, if it doesn’t try a pussy pad on the bar, whatever you can to get the pressure off the nerves that stem from the back of your neck.

Try a Hatfield (Draper maybe) safety squat bar. Places an emphasis on a different area.

mostly cuz i’ve been doing SOOOO much working out. hill sprints, cardio, sled drags, giant leg sets, and on and on and on.
and i already log it on another site so i’m just too lazy to attempt again and again to log in here. it never keeps me logged in. ugh.
anyways… nutrition’s been fucking PERFECT. i had a couple beers one day and that’s the extent of anything unclean hitting my mouf.
two weeks from today we leave for spain!
decided to just to a push workout today. tomorrow i’ll do the pull and probably deadlift for the first time in 3 weeks.
workout:
foam rolling, shoulder circuit
bb push press: 55 x 8; 85 x 2; 115 x 1; 130 x 1 (PR)
bb front squat: 70 x 10; 90 x 10; 100 x 10
bb strict military press: 65 x 5; 85 x 5; 95 x 3
yay so i finally got the bodyweight push press! and on my fourth consecutive day of low carb/low cal.
it was all mental. my physical energy was major low.
tomorrow i get carbs!

workout was done outside in a bikini top, shorts and flip flops. the flip flops were a bit awkward on the stepups and snatches… but i was too lazy to care.
first time deadlifting in AGES. since milking’s have gotten easier my back is finally feeling recovered. took it nice and easy and light.
workout:
bb deadlift: 135 x 8; 185 x 5; 225 x 5
kroc rows: 45 x 10L/10R; 65 x 15L/15R, 15L/15R
bb hang snatch: 55 x 8; 65 x 6
bb step ups to 14.5" stump: 95 x 10L/10R; 115 x 8L/8R; 135 x 5L/5R
wide grip inverted rows: bw x 12, 12, 12
Bodyweight push-press = AWESOME! Great job!

hey bitches!!! it’s been ages.
spain and france were ridiculously fun. now it’s back to the real world. boo.
didn’t touch the iron for our entire vacation. i’m gonna have hella doms when i do.
did a lot of walking, hiking, and snowshoeing though. also ate like a glutton.
gonna do a tad more cutting before summer gets here.
