so i have exactly 4 weeks until the first day of spring and the hopeful goal of flat abs.
after eating everything in sight for the past six weeks (wink wink) it’s time to buckle down! (i figure if i can convince myself i’m just starting the cut it’ll be even easier, haha)
not gonna stick with the 5/3/1 template… gonna be doing lots of different stuff.
i’ll be back at 531 when we get home from europe tho.
nutrition is going to be very similar to what i’ve been up to.
3 days low carb/low cal (carbs under 20%, cals under 1550) followed by 1 day high carb/high cal (carbs over 200 g, cals over 2300). rinse, repeat.
i’ll use a medium carb/medium cal day probably once every 10-12 days based on energy levels and how i’m feeling.
some other rules:
- must log nutrition daily, two free days where i don’t have to log
- alcohol 1 or less days a week
- 90% clean food choices
- veggies daily, fruit on all carb days
- lots and lots and lots of beef
- focus on pre/peri/post workout nutrition
- at least 2 hours a week sun time
- supps: xtend, glutamine, pp, vit d, multi, zma, fish oil, thc
