Is there anybody left who actually wants to be as big as they can? At some point in the last 15 years all the young males in the world made it their life’s mission to avoid hugeness at all costs. I’m just wondering how many survivors there are.
No they haven’t. There are a SHITLOAD more huge, young guys around today than there were several decades ago. God, have you not seen pictures of people in nightclubs during the 70’s? Everybody had 11 inch arms. Now, 15 inch arms at low BF% is considered average.
WWE has had that effect on the younger generation. Nobody wanted to be huge in the 1950’s. You have it backwards.

I think it’s just what “girls” want. I think real “women” want real “men”. If that makes any sense, lol. Basically, little girls like little boys, grown women like grown men. Or at least I’d hope so…
Little girls don’t want little boys. Little girls want older guys to make them feel grown-up, and adult women want younger guys to make them feel young. People are always attracted to their opposites as well as that which is hard to get.
Women care a lot about size in men - VERTICAL size. By and large, they don’t give a shit about horizontal size. There is no amount of mass that a short guy can add to compensate for his height disadvantage, and the more he tries, the more pathetic it looks to most women.
Vertical size trumps horizontal size any single day of the week as far as women are concerned.
When women pick 170 lb. skinny, 6’2 male model types over stocky 5’8 construction workers, they are, in their minds, choosing the “bigger” guy.
Their definition of “size” is completely different from yours. They don’t give a shit about your arm measurement. They care about how tall you look standing next to them while they’re in high heels. That’s the only size that women care about.[/quote]
While there may be some statistical support for your statements. This is still a huge over-generalization of “what women want”.
It’s true that most women find taller men attractive. It’s also true that not all women like big muscles. But there are most certainly women out there who would prefer a stocky 5’8" guy to a 6’2" bean pole. And in my experience at least, usually the girls who prefer guys with big muscles also have smokin bodies and like working out themselves.
So, like the men who actually want to build their bodies and not be “average”, the women who are attracted to them are also generally not “average”. Which is just fine by me.
