Foods That Makes You Look Jacked

So, going to AC tomorrow for the Harrah’s pool party and was wondering what foods should I eat the day before / day of that will make muscles look fuller.

I figure cut down the water intake and need some type of carbs to fill up glycogen. Any specific foods to eat / avoid?

sorry if this sounds ridiculous. hah

If you aren’t carb depleted, carb loading won’t help much. Water and sodium manipulation is real tricky and can really backfire. You might end up looking bloated, instead of dry. If you are carb depleted, higher G.I foods seem to do the trick.

Hahaha. Dude it does sound ridiculous but im gonna tell u wat to do. Eat carbs (simple + complex) and pump out as much as u can. Still man, focus on getting really bigger and it wont be a problem no more.

Yes, this is ridiculous.

Ok well id does sound rediculous but only because of the title of the thread lol im mean really “Foods that can make you look JACKED” Thats like saying “Clothes that make girls think your Brad Pit” lol

In all honesty I know what your trying to say however you didnt leave yourself enough time! What you want is to dry out all the socutanious water from under your skin and be carb depletted then start carbing up a day or a day and a half before hand and get you muscle to supercomponsate by storing extra glycogen in the muscle making you look think, full and dry!

I’ve been carb depleted until recently I’ve been adding some oatmeal to my breakfast, and sometimes a piece of fruit. I guess i’m not really depleted then. But yeah, when I used to be <40g of carbs, if I ate like pancakes on Saturday morning I would look huge right afterward.

But yeah, I don’t really want to get bigger. My arms look too big for my body already, thats why I clearly stated “JACKED”.

Everyone reacts differently, so its honestly really hard to say. Having said that, if you are truely carb depleted, a breakfast of pancakes won’t be enough to fill you out.

I clearly know all this, I’m sorry I did not state this. The aim of this thread was to see if there was anything I can do directly (the day of). For example, I’ve read to avoid cruciferous vegetables before hitting the beach. Stuff like that. Sorry for the lack of explanation, but I’ve done the processes such as sodium loading/depletion and other stuff that takes about a week. I just didn’t want to do it this week.

You’re a buck 55. Nothing is gong to help you look fuller. Bone don’t pump up.

165, and it doesn’t make a difference. I’m only 5’8. I’m not really going for the meathead look and could care less of how big my muscles are.

Either way, if I can bench almost double my weight, I’d slow your role jehova and stop critiquing how much I weigh in pounds and it’s relevancy to strength. and try answering the initial question next time, thanks. =)

and yes, bone does pump up.
