I Can't Believe It's Been 25 Years!

Not to shit on your parade since your gains are obviously good, but in 25 years U coulda done better if you ate more/trained more properly, any average joe after 25 years of training could have achieved that.

5.5/10

(sorry the thread is kinda oldish, 2nd page, but i couldnt NOT reply)[/quote]

You cannot be serious. You rate 1morerep at 5.5, and yourself at 4.5? I defeated your 2 year squat PR in 5 weeks of smart training (see profile). That was after recovering from a pinched spinal nerve, strained back, dislocated hip, and sprained ankle. If I posted RMP (which I wouldn’t until 2010) I would deserve a 2.

You have accomplished more than maybe 80% of the common man, congratulations. You have accomplished less than 95% of people on these boards. You really have balls to try and shit on someone like 1morerep. This is not “Rate My Physique relative to years training” or “Rate My Physique based on my age” bullshit. Look at his pictures and make fair judgment.

Jesus fucking Christ you worthless little asshole.

Please do everyone a favor and get the fuck out of here. You’ve proved yourself a total asshole with every post you’ve made, and you have the body of a 10 year old girl.

I’ll try to put it more succinctly: FUCK OFF.

80% of the common man? Christmas came early for drivethru…I would’ve assumed he’s weaker than at LEAST 55% of the population (men and women)

The fuck you know about his come’on.

My 12 Years old little brother, who’s puberty isn’t finish, never trained/diet before, only by shoveling snow and eating chocolate looks more muscular than you.

onemorerep as some AWESOME genetics and he have exploit them ! That’s just great, and his physique is impressive.

After I looked at your 2 years “progress” if you continue like this at 40 years old you will still be less muscular than my mom.

I rarely post, but there you’re making me angry by saying stupidities.

Great physique… Can you puts some numbers (Deads, Squat, BP)
25 years training, freaking determination

thanks player. but i really have no numbers to share because i don’t squat or deadlift. i do bench tho and i’m the first to admit i’m as weak as they come. i think my 1RM for bench is like 250 lbs. i’m just not strong at all in pressing movements. i’m very weak with shoulder presses as well. but i get results because my muscles don’t know whether i’m pressing 250 or 550. they just know i’m blasting them with as much weight as i can in strict form.

I went to your BB.com thread. While I believe your physique is yours, I have come to the conclusion that you photoshopped your beard on.

LOL.

Seriously though, what’s up with them getting confused about your tattoo? Did they not go to pre-school?

oh no! it’s back!! just when i thought i’d expelled it from my memory. in retrospect just a bunch of knuckleheads with nothing better to do. bb.com forums are on par with AOL chat rooms in terms of IQ’s being very close to shoe sizes.

x2, and I fixed the percentages for ya.

impressive video. well done.

thanks man…you’ve also made some excellent progress yourself. i’ll plan my next vid a little better.

Simultaneously inspirational and depressing. Could I get you to chip in for my therapy sessions to address my feelings of inadequacy?

You know, give back a little

I think you are one of the most admirable guys in here, regarding your posts and physique.

Congratulations, you are inspirational on my journey from a little fat bastard to a man self made as you.

hey…i get the same exact feeling when i see guys with outstanding calf development. most bust their asses to get 'em and i can certainly appreciate that. but then you have those genetic freak calf guys.

you know the ones…they’ve never done a calf raise in their life but sport calves that are better than most who’ve been training them for years. that is depressing!!

I get into it with young kids at work. I personally wish I were bigger, guys that don’t lift, say man your big enough. I will pull up this thread and show them your pics, asking how much you think this guy weighs? Their mouth falls open when they find out. My point is, you don’t have to weigh 250 to look big. Awesome job bro.

And you could compete…your probably your worst critic.

Dude your like a perfect example of what people Should do with RMP instead of just posting a weak abbs shot or some chicken legs! Good on you man your looking Phenominal! I hope I can attain that type of development one day!

Very motivating. Overall great development. Great job!

25 years is very impressive. great physique as well especially for 39. did you ever compete and what sports did you play?

and would you be willing to give me your opinion on my RMP?

WOW, just WOW you look insanely good at 15, and great at 39, ( no homo ) HAWTT

thanks prane. yea i did pretty good my first 18 months or so. i managed to put on nearly 30 lbs. it had to be genetics because i really didn’t know what the hell i was doing with my training and much less with my diet. i’d do the same exercises in the same order. but i do remember doing just about every single set of every single exercise with 2-3 forced reps. my young body just ate them up. but now if i did that i’d be overtrained in no time. i can do occasional FR’s because i only train each muscle group 1x week.
