I was a former super jock and only lifted for athletics.
Im 47 and brooooken - my lifts or physique reflects that.
I also work a physical job and work with allot of really big people
and allot of true proper meat heads.
and before that I spent an crazy amount of time in college weight rooms
training centers locker rooms and training halls
So Im curious about people who dont have a developed neck.
or are afraid of getting too big of a neck.
it makes me curious about their training not judging - but
its something that comes with most athletic training
and most training built around either compound movements
or O-lifts.
just my 2c.
as for shirts- where you are people buying Large Mens-
Adult Mens shirts - where a 15 or 16 " neck is large?
I’ve been accused of shopping in the boys or teens department by most
coworkers .

I think you misunderstood me. worrying about the no neck look is about worrying the neck is too big and therefore having no separation between shoulder/clavicle and your head
the whole neck harness thing was to make my neck look ‘stronger’ while getting bigger, but not too big to the poinnt where you have no neck compared to your shoulder height.
my neck is long, so I don’t have that real issue of ‘no neck’
