Professor X. Can you comment on Anaconda at all? Have you seen a difference in recovery or performance? Are you now using the official protocol with Finibars, Surge WF, Surge Recovery and Anaconda?

I use the Finibars and the Anaconda now. I only had one full workout using them all (as I received it this week) but there was a clear difference in how I felt at the middle and end of my shoulder workout. I felt I still had a lot more in me as opposed to usually feeling pretty worn out by that point.

I will say it like this…Surge worked in getting past that hump alone. What I felt with Anaconda was more than that and really got me all of the way to the end of the workout.

As I haven’t used it for long, keep that in mind as far as my opinion.

The Mag10 is what I use throughout the day though and I am still getting used to getting protein that way.

What do you mean? I know before you’ve done multiple shakes, or mainly RTDs I guess.

It isn’t filling like those protein shakes which means I am now hungrier throughout the day and may need to consider replacing the extra calories I am no longer getting from those shakes.

still getting used to getting protein that way… what is it mainlined?

Read above. The Mag10 may actually make it possible for me to get more calories down in the long run, but that means I need to find other ways of getting food down during the day. It is simply more convenient during work to run and get a protein shake down than it is to sit and eat something.

Speaking of things that have become too taboo to discuss, have you considered whther you’ll enter a contest prof X? I know you’re a busy man, but if so keep us updated. I can’t wait to see the contest pics!

Actually competing is of little concern to me. I would rather be like Vic Richards than worrying about plastic trophies. I lift because I love to do so and I like getting bigger and stronger. While dropping excess body fat is a goal for this coming year, whether I actually jump on a stage or not has yet to be decided.

Good for you, but how long until some 160lbs dude talks about how he doesn’t respect you because of it…

You know that shit is coming. lol.[/quote]

since I signed this shit has always come for him, but it’s just SHIT.

I, BODYBUILDER is going to be great.
