Hypertrophy Based Program?

Hey everyone. My buddy and I are finishing up a Westside based program. Our numbers have gone up considerably, and while this is encouraging in terms of strength, our mass gains have grown somewhat stagnant, so we’d like to try a more hypertrophy/aesthetic based program. Any suggestions? I’ve been looking at some of Thibs programs, but any and all input would be appreciated. Thanks.

good idea to come off a strength cycle to go onto a hypertrophy cycle. It should work well for you.
Why are you looking for a canned routine? wouldn’t you rather read on the keys to a good routine and build your own? I get a kick out of “the ultimate…” or whatever sales pitch adjective is used. Learn to fish

Totally understandable. I haven’t only been looking for the “perfect routine;” I’ve also read some of the articles on building your own program, most notably Waterbury’s since he extols high frequency training. I was just looking for a little feedback on some of canned programs. Good point, though.
