Heya Freques. I just started my second cycle of HST and designed an exercise scheme that had me completely live-wire-crazed pumped by the last sweat-drenched set. Being the generous mofo that I happen to be, I’m posting my routine right here, right now.
A1) Overhead Squat
A2) Incline Dumbell Bench Press
A3) One-arm Barbell Deads
A4) Saxon Side Bend
A5) Weighted med-grip chins
A6) Weighted Bench Dips
A7) K-bell snatch
A8) One-Arm barbell curl
A9) Incline Front raises w/ hammer grip (via the Alessi protocol)
*Repeat A1-A9
Yeah, right there was some kickass. Lata.

MBE do you do it as circuit 1 being warm up then circuit 2 all out? What about rest periods? I take it you haven’t given this brutal routine to Grandma Doris when she “came in to see that nice young man name Eric who just started”.
Heya, Hyph. Been a while since we corresponded on a thread. Both sets are all out effort with a 3-4 minute rest in-between the circuits. Rest between sets is dictated via the Staley principle of shorter on the earlier sets and longer (though never more than 1 minute) towards the later exercises. Total w/o time is always under 50 mins. Granny will just have to wait as I ctually begin at the gym in three weeks. I beleive I’ll put her on Herpoetry Specific Training and simply read filthy limmericks until she keels over in shock. MBE, yeah been a while, I find that I need to warm up the old bones so may do your program but using A1-A9 first time as a warm up in a couple of weeks as a change up after finishing current program, then I’m prob going to do the Gladiator Program till Christmas outlined on JB’s site. “Hyphnz, putting the illiterate in alliteration since men were men and pansies were flowers”.
