Instead of stretching the fat, dunking yourself under water, or getting zapped on a scale, here’s a new chart for you:
- cannot see feet when you look down
- can see your toes
- abs one inch out from chest
- flat abs
- can see rib cage, but no ab defintion
- abs have 4 pack
- abs have 6 pack
- on tv requiring folks to pay $1 dollar a day
to feed you
What do you think?
There is a much bigger jump from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 than there is further down the line. Is this an exponential scale?

Well, we know that bodyfat percentages are bullshit (no two measurements are the same), so this was just something I came up with to measure my own progress.
Feel free to add ones in between.
