I’ve been really enjoying it, my delts have been getting hammered, numbers going up, posture getting more ‘posterior’. And the other day, i did the posterior workout. All good, but the shoulder builder has really hit my spinal erectors. Is this normal? Or might my form be off? Feel like i’ve been pulling serious weight.
The shoulder builder is a pretty tough exercise to do right. I definately found some flexibility issues with myself, so I lowered the weight and added in some external rotation stretches. I would agree that I felt it in my spinal erectors, as well as my rhomboids, traps, r-c, neck, posterior delts…if it is flexibility on your part, and want some suggestions on stretches, let me know.
