If you posted it already, then do a search on your name with the search engine to the left. Also, you might wants to list your sets, reps, days trained etc if you want a good response.
I did do a search omfr the main page and from the forum page and still no luck in finding it.
I would probally do 1 warm up set @ 50% then 2 worksets @ about 10 reps each.
