How's this maintenance workout?

I will be starting the “great guns” program shortly. And am trying to find make a maintanance workout to do once a week for other muscle groups.

I was thinking
Deadlifts
Squats
Wide grip bench press
Lat. pull down
Abdominals 2x a week
And maybe a shoulder press

I know I posted this message earlier in the weekend, but I can’t find it anywhere anymore on here.

If you posted it already, then do a search on your name with the search engine to the left. Also, you might wants to list your sets, reps, days trained etc if you want a good response.

I did do a search omfr the main page and from the forum page and still no luck in finding it.
I would probally do 1 warm up set @ 50% then 2 worksets @ about 10 reps each.

It’s probably better for your pride that you couldn’t find it; you got flamed for the lat pulldowns:(
