I will be starting “great guns” phase I next week. And one day I week I will be working other muscle groups to maintain them.
For maintenance I plan to do:
Squat
Deadlift
Wide grip B.P
Lying D.B. row
Pull ups
Shoulder press
Calf raise
Abs.
How many sets and reps. should I do? Rememebr my main goal is to maintain these muscle groups and not overdue them.
I was thinking 1-2 warm up sets with 1-2 worksets @ them same weight? I plan to superset everything but squat and deadlift and do strip sets on my calf raises. And just do one set for abs.
