There was a guy here at Comic Con that made a solid iron replica of Thor’s hammer, the thing weighed roughly 135 lb. Awkward as shit to lift, made me question my strength.

In what way was it awkward? Thick handle? Were you trying to one hand it?[/quote]
A weight in condensed form is deceiving. Because it’s so compact it drastically throws your center of gravity off so it doesn’t feel like 135 on a barbell. The handle isn’t so thick it’s just that 130 lb is hanging off the end of it. I’m sure if I tried to lift it like a goblet squat it wouldn’t have been so awkward, but I tried to lift it like a sledge hammer except the handle is a foot long.

So you weren’t prepared to lift it basically. lol

I was not. I did get it over head, I figured grab it as close to the base as possible and lift it hammer side up, but when I first lifted it it was weird. It was kind of like a ghetto strong man dumbbell/tiny log press.
At one point he could do front and back flip which are more impressive than dunking. I know one of his initial wrestling trainers. The trainer let’s no one wrestle without knowing how to front bump.
