How to Take My Supps and Meals?

Greetings all. This is my first post to the T-Nation forums, but I’ve been a lurker for ages. I’m a US soldier currently doing a tour in Afghanistan, but manage to keep my workout going pretty strong. Currently doing a varient of CT’s HSS-100. I’ve got a shitload of supplements coming from Biotest, but havent tried alot of them before.

My schedule goes something like this, which changes depending on missions:

Wake up 1100
Workout 1200-1400
2x Meals (mostly tuna, whole wheat, etc)
Get off work at around 0300 in the AM
“Breakfast” which is really dinner for me, at that time. My only real meal of the day–eggs, sausage, wheat bread.

May not be the best schedule, but its the best I can do in a combat enviroment.

Fish Oil
BCAAs
TRIBEX Tribulus
REZ-V
ZMA
Creatine
Surge
Power Drive
Metabolic Drive protien
GNC Multivitamins
Lipo-6 Fat burner

Any suggestions on intakes/times or other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

First off, thanks for serving!

-Fish oil (spread evenly with most meals, or just take all at once)
-Surge + 5g or creatine (sip during workouts, and chug remainder after workouts)
-BCAA’s (pre, during, and after workouts is best. If you can afford it, then take some between each meal throughout the day. 4-6g at a time)

-TRIBEX (upon waking, and about 12 hours later)
-REZ-V (upon waking)
-ZMA (sometime before bedtime, try to avoid taking with calcium)
-Metabolic Drive (2-4 scoops right before bedtime)
-Multi’s (one with breakfast, one 12 hours later)

-Lipo-6 (not familiar with it)
-Spike and Power Drive (I don’t know if these can be taken concurrently)(Spike is best pre-workout, and Power Drive is best post-workout)
