Current Workout Schedule:
4 days Weights
2 days Intense cardio
Tuesday the 5th of September I will begin a new supplement plan. I have done alot of research on supplements which has led me to T-Nation.
I am planning to purchase the New Alpha Male Supplement today. However, I am also planning to include the following supplements in my new plan;
Cell Mass from BSN.(POST WORKOUT) 2. Whey Protein Smoothly as always twice a day.
Is this over kill or is this what the Dr. ordered? Thank you for any advice or recomendations.

25 my friend, might I suggest instead of the Cell Mass which I believe is a creatine product (could be wrong) consider Surge and the Creatine Monohydrate as well as Metabolic Complete or Low-Carb. At least go into the store and read up on them first.
Biotest products are of the highest quality and the MRPs and Surge taste can’t be beat most will agree.
If you are ordering Alpha Male her at the store you can order them all together and get free shipping as well. If you have any questions shoot me a PM.

I concur. I think it would be beneficial to replace the whey protein with some metabolic drive (low-carb, or complete) from T-Nation. This is not only because MD tastes amazing, but because of this study posted in the Casein Research thread:
It compares whey against casein and the casein users gained twice the amount of lean mass as the whey users, not to mention twice the strength.
And Surge, too. Especially since they just incresed the size of the container.
I use Spike before I workout, after I workout I use Surge and before bed I use a scoop of Micellar Metabolic Drive. This combo has worked wonders for me. I drive over and hour each way to work and home. I workout when I get home. These 3 things have been my staple all year long!!

Thank you Dedicated , The Arrow and duke6j,
With the recommendations from you and research I have done, I have come up with a supplement plan that should reap huge gains???
FYI, I usually workout around 5:00 pm. Using the following supplements will I have any Sleep issues in the late evening? 11 pm
Please let me know if you have any other recommendations, or if this is over kill.
Thank you,

Alpha Male : 2 caps twice a day
Spike: 2 Caps prior to training
Surge: Post workout
Metabolic Drive: Breakfast or Lunch ???
25, Metabolic Drive is intended to supplement namely your protein intake. You don’t have to commit to lunch or dinner rather just use it between whole food meals. I have about three shakes per day morning, late afternoon, and before I go to bed.
Supplements for general health that you should consider whether you lift or not or Flameout and REZ-V. If you already haven’t I am giving you the assignment of reading up on them at the store. For muscle and strength goals Creatine would be a good addition. It’s at the store high quality and priced right. Just throw it in your Surge post workout.
