I’d like to know if you can help me in my quest for peak condition.Currently I’m at around 8%(Jacksonpollock 7 sites)6’0" 179 pounds.I’d like to get to 6% without losing mass.My diet for the last 5 weeks consisted of 1900/2000 kcal with 200g pro/around 100g carbs /rest good fats.I’ve trained with a training similar to meltdown achieving good results.Now I’m thinking about switching to another routine/diet to avoid stagnation.I was thinking about eating maintenance or slightly above(ca 2500/2600 kcal)for 15/20 days( with similar macronutrient ratios) in order to elevate the metabolism after the diet.The training would be 3 times x week/each bodypart once x week in order to gain some quality mass/restore what I lost.My focus is achieving awesome abs.Currently I train them 4 times x week with 6-8 sets to failure(sometimes with resistence).Could you please suggest me how to train them in the best way?I’m natural and plan to use tribex,methoxy and other supps in this phase.I’d like to receive suggestions on this idea of break period and if possible on the diet and training that I should follow to get to 6%.
