How to Get Cut???

Here is the deal. I am 5’9’’ about 175lbs. I am trying to gain a little weight, but I want to get cut when I gain weight and not fat. I have managed to get up to 190lbs, but my face got fatter and I just didn’t like the bulky feeling. Right now I just got some Hydoxycut Hardcore and I am taking 2 pills a day on days off and 3 on my work out days, also I drink a little bit of GNC’s protein and glutamine on work out dates. I work out about 3 times a week and play soccer 2 times a week, which I consider Cardio.
Now, I have a question…can anyone help me out and give me some advises on: How can I get bigger and slimmer without getting fat and doing extra hours of Cardio? Which supplements should I take? Do you have any good work-out plans, especially that will make my arms bigger?

Thanks in advance!

You cannot get bigger, with out in fact getting BIGGER.

If you want to cut, then by all means cut your ass off, you’re a soccer player so of course you aren’t looking to be as big as a truck.

However, don’t for a second think that you’re going to gain any size to the arms or anything else in that kind of scenario.

You’re a newbie, and that’s fine, but unless you come to the table with more than “I’m 175 and want to get big but still stay small” You’re going to get flamed like a motherfucker. Post your workout plan specifically, post your diet specifically, post your goals specifically and then maybe folks will be more apt to reply to your dilemma.

As for now, you’re a newbie who wants to be big but not too big, and that drives us crazy. Hydroxycut? The only cuts you should be partaking in are luscious cuts of beef with various marbling thicknesses.

Examples of this flaming will be ruthlessly posted
down below.

Gee! I don’t know if there’s anything or anyone on this site that can help you.

Did you bother looking around here before asking for help? Did you look in the Beginners forum to see if something could be of value to you? Maybe the Supplements and Nutrition Forum could be the way to go for you!

There’s over 2900 articles on this site. Maybe there’s 1 or 2 article that could help you. And there’s over 88 thousands threads too… did you use the search option? It’s really cool! you should try it.

Are you hoping that someone will just tell you what to do and you don’t have to lift a finger to help yourself?

Anyway! Good Luck!

Okay, you are new to lifting I am guessing. So, I’d suggest you just lift weights and pick a diet from the link given. Later on you can create your own diet.

Reasons for what I say:

  1. You don’t know your body. You don’t know what works.
  2. You don’t know your body.
  3. I don’t have three. Oh maybe your not a nutritionist and you don’t know your body.

Just eat and lift hard, if you start to build muscle but your packing on the fat, don’t eat as much in each meal just a little bit.

If you really think you need to do this I can give you a link to a few Round Tables even though I don’t think you are experienced enough to do it right now. Unless you are fat and then I’d so go for it. But I doubt that.

Ha ha ha ha…that happened to Stacey last fall at the UF Rec Center. I wasn’t there to see it, but when she told me about it, I couldn’t stop laughing!!!

I’ve seen it happen to others at my old gym. It was always a riot!

there are several ways to get cut and look like Orlando Bloom. Here are two simple rules to follow though.

#1- don’t ever fuckin eat anything (you might look like a cadaver, but hey “you’re cut”)

#2- always apply the rule #1 to your routines
