Join a boxing gym for a month. Learn the routine and then buy a heavy bag for you house. Run 2-3 miles a day, jump rope for 3-5 5 minuet sessions and do 4-5 heavy bag routines for 5 minuets each. And eat ALOT. Stuff your self to living death so it won?t affect your lifting. Eventually as your body adjusts lower the calories until you get you chiseled shape.
