you do lots of cardio and you try to eat below the caloric requirements so you will lose weight and yeah you cut carbs out
I need to cut 2
in 2 months I will
You don’t need to do “lots of cardio.” Overdoing that is just as likely to cause you to lose muscle as well as fat.
Losing fat is largely dietary. Find out how many calories you need to eat to maintain your current body weight and then eat less than that. There are dozens of articles on T-Nation to help with fat loss, so use the search function. In particular, I recommend Waterbury’s 10x3 for Fat Loss program and the T-Dawg 2.0 diet.
Step one: Push yourself away from the dinner table
Step two: Eat smaller portion sizes
Step three: Repeat

Some good advice:
Good luck!
Yeah man no more squats and milk.
It’s all about squats and coffee. Black coffee.
Black coffee with splenda sometimes as a “treat”.
And occasional cheat days to keep you sane.
Out of curiosity, how much did you gain on this recent bulk? What is your BF% ?
Good luck man,
B.

I’ve never made a major cut personally (only helped others), so feel free to not listen if you really don’t want to.
A recent “cool tip” was to use HIIT (high intensity interval training) for cardio, and i have to support this - it’s worked for me even during bulk (though my metabolism is faster than a speeding bullet…)… i’d reccomend it, eg 90s jog, 30s sprint is a set, aim for quite a few… plan ahead so you don’t end up half way through (eg, as far away from your house as you would get) and then stop… and then collapse on the roadside for 30min
SQUATS AND MILK is an “old mans” bulk… which works wonders esp when you first start… his basically saying no more fat laden full cream milk, but stimulants to up your metabolic rate instead!
According to your profile, you are 6 ft 2’ and your goal is to get to 96 kg. Judging by your pics, you have made some progress and you definitely don’t look fat.
To make a long story short, I see no need for a full blown cutting phase at the moment. If you want to lower your bodyfat level, I’d rather set your calories at maintenance, consume adequate protein, train hard and heavy, do some sprints and simply shoot for “body recomposition”.
I know cutting up is a pain but is made a lot easier with an effective combination of cardio and diet, I’m not trying to state the obvious but as some people tell you to pretty much keep your the cardio the same and just concentrate on diet I think is wrong as it is definately a tougher way to achieve your goals.
also I’ve read articles from top bodybuilders stating that if you for example went to the gym and burned off a 1000 calories and then consumed an extra 1000 calories that day your physique would certainly benefit more than if you didn’t do cardio and just cut out that 1000 calories, which is always tough to do I’m sure you’ll agree!!!
