How’s my first cycle?

FYI this is probably the same poster as this thread Begineer Question Plz help!

Both usernames happen to end in 420, and they check all the boxes. I actually pray this is a troll at this point, because the alternative that this is a real person is too depressing.

I see. Assume I’m training and eating properly

This is helpful. I was hoping to keep 10 lbs but that’s a bit lofty. Although am more jacked that you as a natural. I’m really athletic. I’m black

I don’t want to go past my genetic potential. That’s gross. Competing in shows is not attractive. Not aesthetic. I want to look more like an nfl WR than have have weird muscles

Everyone is different. There is no way to gauge how much you will gain in pure muscle tissue. Last year i did a 16 week bulk(on gear) with cals maxing out just over 4000. I ate very clean over this period. I put on 7-8lbs of stage weight but also put on a fair bit of fat.
If you are a seasoned lifter with normal genetics then 5-8lbs a year of good tissue is about all you can expect if you are training and eating to grow. A newbie could gain much more.
You are taller at 6’2" and pretty lean at 177lbs. If you say your 15% then you are prob not very muscled. It puts your LBM at 150.
I’m 5’11" and went on stage at 178lbs and prob 5-6%bf
Can you post a pic? Start a training log detailing your daily eating and training and we can help you maximize your cycle.

I’m way bigger than you as a natural already. I’m asking men. Not little boys

I do get gains. I’m already fit. I just wanted something faster. Bcuz I have good genetics

WTF are you talking about? I’m currently 5’11" and 215lbs. My LBM is around 180lbs.
Who cares if your taller than me. Post a pic. I’ll bet you look like a scrawny little kid. You come on here asking for help and don’t get the answers you want and start to act like a 5 year old.
If your 15% at 6’2" and 177lbs then you are a twig with a bit of bodyfat.
Maybe take some advice from people who are experienced. You obviously are not.

Than you have 0 reason to use AAS.

I think that I can safely speak for a lot of us in saying that most people aren’t training right or eating enough to put on size. It’s hard to do, have you tracked your macros or anything before?

I guess you not reading what is being written. Here it is again.

I also gave you my experience

This is me at 178lbs and 5’11". Lets see what you look like.Do i look gross?

If that’s you on steroids haha then you went on stage looking old gross and skinny. Lemme upload a picture. 15% is an eye ball test. I have abs but no way I’m 12%. Let’s hear it. Don’t hold back

There is 0 reason to act like this. It shows your age. I don’t think i look bad for 46yo and being overweight most of my life.

I have nothing negative to say about your physique. You are def less than 15%. Prob 12% or so.

Again i’ll say. You came on here asking for advice and when you were questioned you got defensive even though the questions were meant to help you.
You then decided to attack/insult me for 0 reason.
Good luck on your “cycle”. I’m out.

The foregoing is interesting, however with you at 28 I favor what Bambiwithhorns wrote early in this discussion. He’s a smart, strong lifter. Eat lots of the requisite foods, don’t skip carbs, and you should fill out well. And you’re going to fill out in your 30s. There’s also a lot you can do besides the needle to get t into normal levals. Then after a few years maybe trry t; just pay attention to the risks and have a doctor monitor your doses. Anything less is playing Russian roulette with yourself.

I’ve been on 100 mg/wk of t for almost 2 years and it got rid of midsection fat as well as increased my energy levels. I also look really good.

You’re rhetoric is very uninviting. As the new guy, try being a little humble.

You look like a guy who plays sports. Not a weight lifter. I think you have a good platform for lifting. I don’t think cycling is a good idea as others stated, but you’re gonna do what you want. Since you are very undersized for your height, I think you could gain some decent size. If I were in your shoes I would focus on the size and even put a little fat on in the pursuit. I’m 5’7" (yes 7" shorter than you) and I weight 210 right now with abs, although I’m a bit puffy. At 6’2" I think you would need to be at least 205-215 and lean to look like a lifter.

This thread reminds me of a BF estimate thread a few weeks ago, that derailed into deletion. Where’s the popcorn?
