Yea… title pretty well says it all. I’ll need to be taking in 3600 kcals total so how many grams of protein should I be taking in?
Are you referring to Berardi’s “Massive Eating” or just talking about eating a lot in general? Where did you get the calorie number?
How much do you weigh, what are your goals, etc?
I think more is better. I am undecided as to how much protein is to much. I have made massive gains from eating 3pounds of meat +2 protein shakes a day for about a week or two.

You can’t go wrong with 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. I like that area.
Shoot for 500 (you will never make it) and afterwards eat whatever you want.
