How Much Protein Is too Much?

I weigh about 167 lbs. and I want to bulk up with muscle. I usually take between 180 and 200 grams of protein a day. 40 of those grams are with a protein shake and the others are from food that I eat throughout the day. Is this too much or too little protein?

if you’re just going for protein intake day in and day out, anything above 2 grams per pound of body weight doesnt SEEM to make much a difference

once i bumped my protein up about 50 grams per day my strength started going up much faster
