Macros on Bulk Protein Intake

Well i have question cuz im 175cm height and 73kg basicley everyone say 1.8-2g protein a day per kg body weight.
But its hard for me not to get more protein then this 150g i need to east 3800-4000 kalories to be on a lean bulk cuz of my work high activity.
and i have very hard time to eat that lots of carbs can i like start eatingb 200g protein isntead of 150g ?? will it affect my progress somehow ??

150g is enough, but it doesn’t mean that getting more is gonna cause anything bad to happen. These recommendations are to be seen as a minimum target to aim for.

I actually aim for around 150g myself, some days that ends up being 180-200g depending on the food I eat. It doesn’t matter much what you end up at, what matters most is you hit the minimum, you get your calories in, and you feel good.

ok and another question is there something bad eating 2g fat / kg body weight ?? cuz i have really problems with my stomach duoe to alot carbs EXECTLY sugars so i aim for 80g sugars max dayli

0.5g-2g fat per kg of body weight is a general recommendation, so that’s fine. Some people have even more than that. We’re all different. Find what works for you and don’t worry too much about the specifics.

thank u for advices :slight_smile: i feel alot better when i eat 150g protein 150g fat and 450 carbs when i was on 160 100 550 i was feeling like baloon all the time so maybe this is my way :slight_smile: But i renember on my first bulk i was eating 200g protein 80-100 fat 450-500 carbs and i had most streight gians in that time but maybe it was noobie gians :smiley:
