How Much Do You Leg Press?

Wow, he looks AT LEAST 220… but you said he’s sub-200, which is ridiculous.

176lbs. Freaks exist.

That was a good thread you linked, Professor X.

His skeleton must be made of marshmallows.

I can’t even fathom that… 6’2", 176, no matter how ripped, seems so tiny. For reference, this is Monta Ellis, a basketball player for the Golden State Warriors, who is listed at 6’3", 175.

can only imagine what he would look like if he went from 176 to 200+ on stage

It looks like he has very small joints.

For the record, that is one bad ass tattoo.

He def got lucky with structure. He has short arms. At the same height, I’d say it looks like each one of my arms has at least another half foot on his in length.

Nothing wrong with the leg press, but I’ve always noticed most guys do it because they can put so much weight on the machine and it looks cool. If you squat and leg press, cool, but if all you do is leg press, I usually question the motive. I’ve seen High School freshman leg press 700 lbs.

His height appears to fluctate… is that some new form of carb cycling?

I would think that is likely a mistake. He is listed at the taller height everywhere I have seen so far.

Indeed. I since found other mentions of him being tall.
I’m 6’2, and 30 years ago, before I trained anything ever, I was at my thinnest and weighted 186, and I looked NOTHING like that (as in flat, no muscle to speak of at all). I think I can see how he does it: tiny waist, narrow shoulders (but not relative to his waist), tiny joints. He maximizes his gifts, a very good bodybuilder!

From now on PR in Leg Pressing will stand for Pat Robertson!

I don’t usually leg press. But when I do… The whole gym knows about it. [/quote]

Your avatar is priceless.

Will be interested what the Bench and Overhead Press would look like=)
