Obviously, S&C is GPP to fighters (or any other skill sport), but that doesn’t mean that improving it won’t help make you better at your sport, especially if it is the weakest part of your game. Truth.
It’s a shame mat S&C discussions get silly
Or really just mental masterbatiomn
I think mst adu
T’s cn agree tht S&C plays less of a role then most think it should
Even itf it can contribute smething positive.
I do find this BJ penn discussion more interesting.
I remember after leaving over contract disputes BJ saying he didn’t train past boxing wresting. And BJJ ,
what was the point?
That it kep it exciting to leave that a s a wild factor in fact he preferred it this way, to keep it challenging
BJ’s past outings haven’t been great, but only a few short years ago after taking crazy fights like Machida
He comes back and son sons Matt Hughes and kinda beats the sht out of GSP eye poke
I am weary about anything fighters say. Not a knock on them, but they have to make money and are told by their environment that crazy and special make more money. Over the years Silva has avoided this but even he is acting a little more brash now. Who are people going to follow more the guy who does everything right or the “Natural” just born came out the womb whipping ass?
