How is it possible?

According to Berardi I need 4692 calories a day. Can someone tell me how to get this many eating nothing but lean chicken breats, noodles, fish, oatmeal, bread, flax, vegetables etc? I mean I’d have to eat insane amounts. I’d basically be living in my kitchen. Anyone who has nutritional needs similar to mine care to post what they eat?

Gradually work your way up to that. Many people find JB’s calorie recommendations to be much too high.

how about your p+f meals? steak, hamburger meat, nuts, nut butters. come on i could reach that many calories in one meal.

Well I’m 6’4, 188lbs. I don’t think anything could be much to high regarding me.

it is possible. drink a lot of protein shakes. take your flax seed oil and fish oil. Eat alot of almonds. 800 calories every 3 hours is possible. laters pk

For at least one of your “protein shakes” use a weight gainer product.Throw in some oatmeal and a banana and use skim milk.you can easily achieve 1,100 to 1,200 calories in a single snack.

It’s possible, takes time to get use to getting to such high amounts of calories if you’re not use to eating tons of food, and it works.

Are you sure you have the calories correct. When I did my massive eating calculations being at 180lbs I got 3,600 everyday. Do you do a lot of cardio or have a labor job or something that was added to the calculation? Just wondering
