Cardio is subjective. I was kinda joking with Hank at first. One person thinking they are going hard doesnāt mean they are. The type of cardio also matters. Some things I can get up to 150 easy, other things I never make it past 120.
As a bro with thyroid problems, high T3 could really fuck you up. Doc put my meds up too high at one point and thought I was done for. Ask anyone with Graves or hyperthyroid how they felt before being treated.
Dan Duchaineās advice in BodyOpus is pretty recklessly distributed when considering a layperson titrating liothyronine based on waking body temperature improvements.
I was daignosed hypo, but had a friend who had graves. His eyes bulged, continous head pressure, nose bleeds, muscle wasting, vomitting and diarrhea continously, extreme hunger whil experiencing muscle wasting. Its bad. Iām a big dude and know I have a lot of BF i could lose, but wouldnāt even consider T3.
Got a bunk batch of Var once, that was actually clen and the 5 days I took it blew as well, but no where near as bad as when my T3 was really high.
So I used T3 many times, I cycle it (pyramid). What I like is that my thyroid is really quick and needs not much time to recover. But thatās not the point. I set a limit of 75mcg and I am fine with it. Sure, I have some side effects but itās not that bad. But I know a guy and he takes 200mcg. Before he took 150mcg. Each time I see bim he sweat like shit and you can hear his heartbeat. So you should set a limit if youād like to stay healthy (*)
But if you use other fat burners, like eca, yohimbine, DNP, etc. You will also have sides. IMO you should increase each drug step by step and listen to your body. Or let it be. I know that I wonāt get 90 years old with what I am doing, but I wouldnāt risk my health to die at 40 like some known bodybuilders, though. So, yeah, I also take drugs but I go to the doctor twice a week, I eat healthy and I set limits. You get my point
I didnāt read through, so thereās a good chance someone has already said thisā¦the best way to protect your heart in regards to clen, is to not take it.
