How do People in Basic Not Suffer on Their Lifts?

Thats why i laugh at pepole on these forums that say they cant get big because they run a lot or cycle a lot.

Guys in my old unit were pretty big and we ran 10kms every 2nd morning

Even some of the SAS boys are pretty big and those guys are freaks they are always getting deployed or on some sort of bush survival training an I have seen them doing pull ups off trees and benching packs and stuff like that crazy crazy people.
