I’m 21yo, 125Lbs… I’ve been trying to gain muscles for about two years now and nothing works!! I had a personal trainer to instruct me in doing the exercises correctly,etc… I believe I’ve been doing the “correct” thing when trying to gain body mass… few reps, increasing weights… proper diet…protein, extra weight gainner and whey protein, creatine and many other supplements from GNC and bodybuilding.com…besides the food. My strength has increased from working out, but the results in the way I look are horrible!!!
What else is there to do?
I’ve read tons of articles on Working out, proper diet when trying to gain weight and what not!!
I’ve done it all…but never saw the results I expected… I’m only 125 lbs now from 120 two years ago
If you were actually doing all that you’d be gaining so how about we start telling the truth and take a look at good old mr.diet and workout. Post a sample (read usualll example of what you eat) of your diet and post what you’ve been doing for a workout including exercise names, sets, reps, and weights. Don’t lie or we’re not going to be able to help you. If you really want to get over whatever problem you may have you need to tell us everything truthfully, not “I have perfect diet and training why am I not growing?” Because that’s just defies logic. your 120 lbs simple fact you need to eat more really its that simple you want to gain your going to have to eat MORE total intake. that and work hard. BUT if you work harder then now you got to eat harder and rest harder even more so.

It’s your diet man. If you were eating enough to gain muscle you’d be making far better gains than 2.5 lbs a year. Didn’t you notice something wrong within a month or so if you were not gaining? Two years is a long time to go with barely any progress. Post up what you eat regularly but please don’t try to tell us your diet is solid or something like that because it’s obviously not. Save your money from “many other supplements” and invest in some red meat.
I’ve done this like three times now but I should just check other posts by people when their count is low. Take the word anavar or any other drug out of your vocabulary for many years. According to your stats you are about 1.86 lbs per inch, get that number to 3.25 lbs per inch AT LEAST before you even worry about anything other than food.
