How About Some Recipes?

With the holidays coming how about some recipes for desserts/baked goods I can actually eat? Either that or your favorite dessert you can eat on a regular basis.

I saw a mousse pumpkin pie recipe the other day that looked pretty good but after adding it up it came up to about 200cal/slice which is about the same as regular pumpkin pie.

So who’s got some tasty low cal recipes or suggestions on what to change in a regular recipe to make it healthier? I keep looking for a healthy version that might taste good but haven’t found one yet.

I haven’t had it in a while but off the top of my head I believe there is a brand of cool whip which is basically 0 calories. Use that along with some berries/fruit for something nice.

Also if you happen to own a good blender or a magic bullet(I own) use the cool whip and a small amount of chocolate syrup or I’m sure chocolate protein powder would do the same, mix it and it makes chocolate moose. You need very very little syrup to make it work so I’m sure you can get a good amount for under 100 calories.
Calorie King has 2 tablespoons of Hershey’s chocolate syrup at 100 calories in fact.

Also I believe Chef Lisa(I think correct name) on here had some recipes and there was a few desserts.

Chocolate Mousse: Stir together 1 scoop of Low-Carb Chocolate Metabolic Drive with 1 container of plain natural yogurt and 1-2 packets of splenda. Add a sliced banana and topped with fat free whipped cream. Banana Metabolic Drive would probably be good too, same with vanilla.
