Right now, im taking HOT-ROX only in the mornings (2 pills). Im not using it at night, because I want the stuff to last. That being said, am I getting any effect at all out of just taking it in the morning?? Or am I not taking enough for any effect?
I hate to come on here and tell only half the story. I have to comment on my diet. Compared to the average non-lifter human being, my diet is excellent, but compared to a serious trainer, my diet has been very poor. I havent had the discipline to get it back to where it once was (flawless for a while.) So yeah, i KNOW my diet has had an effect on the effect of HOT-ROX. But thats my own problem.
Bottom line:
Can i continue with two in the morning OR should i do two in the morning, two at night? (id prefer the former)
It was said correctly in another thread that HOT-ROX isn’t a band-aid. It will benefit you only if your diet is very good. Put into perspective the requirements of eating properly and maybe you can see that it isn’t as hard as you think? I don’t really know your lifestyle so its hard for me to say but I have a pretty busy life and I can find a way to do it.
I used 1 capsule in the morning, and 2 at night becuase I consumed most carbs in the morning and was afraid of craving them at night. Also, besides the actual appetite suppressing qualities of HOT-ROX, the placebo effect of tkaing more in the afternoon helped keep me on the straight and narrow. Was my diet perfect? No. I probably did not get quite enough fats, but other than that it was spot on. I actually probably ate too little.
