If I bought 3 bottles of HOT-ROX what would be the best plan. Take 4 a day, until all three bottles are out which will last about 2.5 months, or finish the first bottle by taking 2 a day, the second by taking 4 a day, and 3rd by taking 6 a day which will run about 3.5 months?
My first thought would be to start with one at a time (half dose) until you check your tolerance. I was taking 4 a day until I hurt myself a few weeks back, then I stopped all my supplementation as I wasn’t training. I took 1 HR pill yesterday before training, and I was a mess from it.
I was so unaccustomed to it that I couldn’t believe the effects it had. Don’t just jump into taking 4 a day, you can’t un-take a pill once you pop it.
There is no reason for you to be taking 6 a day and that would likely be unsafe for your nervous system.
If you want to make the HOT-ROX last longer, and probably for the best results so far as getting on and off it, then ease in and out of taking it.
Start with 1 or 2 a day (at different times) and do that for awhile (even if you seem tolerant to more quickly) then up it to 4 a day (in two doses) for awhile. Finally ease back to 2 a day, and then eventually one a day before you get off it.
I’m taking one a day right now (might bump up to two a day), no reason to take four a day right off the bat. My friend gulped down two in the mourning, and had cold sweats and a fever the rest of the day. He of course is taking one a day like me.
Anyways, like the previous posts say. Stick with one a day or one two times a day.
I’ve found that a half-dose works just about the same as a full-dose for me, so try 1 pill twice a day to see what happens and if you have little results, then give the full-dose a shot and see what happens.
