I recently stumbled on this site, and have loved it ever since. It’s gotten me to the gym about three months ago, and I’ve been working hard to improve my physique, lose fat, and to feel better and to be healthier.
I’m on my second bottle of HOT-ROX, and I have to say I’m pretty impressed with it so far.
As to timing, I was wondering if any of you had any advice from experience from this supplement.
I usually take two capsules right when I wake up, and eat about 30 minutes later. Later on in the day I take it after about six hours or so and eat about an hour or two after taking it (Being at work it’s hard to time when exactly I take it).
I was wondering if any of you had any other suggestions to help HOT-ROX work to the maximum effect time wise.
Any help is appreciated, and I’m trying like hell to lose some fat, and so far I think it’s working, slowly but surely.
I think what you have going so far is just fine. I think what’s important is that you keep them your dosing 6 hours apart and that its not too close to bedtime or else you might be counting lots of sheep.
I know the bottle says take on an empty stomach, but every-time I did that and ate later I wanted to puke…I actually called Biotest and they said you don’t have to take it on an empty stomach only if you want a quicker absorption rate.
I wouldn’t worry so much about the timing of it…like I said before as long as it’s a 6hour+ spread you should be fine. What you should really focus on that will really help out your HOT-ROX kick is eating really clean and often with small meals to keep your metabolism boosted with whatever workouts you;re doing. I follow 90% clean food and 10% cheat and it works for me…but to each his own…good luck

No problems there. Just keep doing what you’re doing.
