HOT-ROX Extreme

Is this able to be taken by someone under 18? I’m 15, and I was planning on getting it and taking 1 pill a day for my cutting months. Are there any side effects/cons of taking it while I am 15 or the supp. in general that I should be aware of?

It is able to be taken by a 15 year old. Everyone is able to be taken by a 15 year old. Would it be wise to? No. At your age you should know no “cutting” months. And if you do decide to cut you dont need HOT-ROX at your age.

The warning label clearly states it is not for those under 18. It is a warning label for a reason. It’s pretty powerful stuff and your under-developed body may not be able to handle it. Not worth the risk. Just clean up your diet and up your intensity in the gym.

There will be many opinions on this issue, but the bottom line is a 15 year old should not take HOT-ROX, as a 15 year old should not be “cutting”. If the 15 year old is obese than instead of “cutting”, he should be dieting. His only supplement for dieting at this point should be Berardi’s 7 habits and the like.

Dude! When I was 15 I was chugging Robitussin for a cheap high. Anything is “able to be taken” by anyone, as long as that person is willing to practice flagrant disregard for the warning labels on the package that are there for a really f’ing good reason. Biotest has a financial incentive to sell you the product, but I’m just waiting for a mod or even a writer to come in and tell you, “No! Absolutely not!” I think a better question, before we address your dieting methods, is, ‘Why do you think you need to lose fat?’ I call ‘Fight Club.’

This topic has, disturbingly, been brought up several times before (underage kids looking to use Hot-Rox Extreme.)

As has been said, Hot-Rox is absolutely NOT recommended for anyone under the age of 18. It almost doesn’t even warrant saying that by taking only one pill per day, you’d probably see minimal benefits anyway.

Get your training and nutrition (including post-workout) 100% spot-on. That will take you much further, much faster, than using a fat-burner product.

I’d recommend asking one of our coaches any program design questions you have, in the Author’s Locker Room:

And for Heaven’s sake, get a more manly username. Sheesh. (Just joking.)

You’re 126 pounds. What you need to take is lots of steak, tuna, whey protein, cottage cheese, and any other lean protein I forgot, and lift consistantly. Give it a couple years and you’ll laugh at the fact that you wanted to “cut”

What he said. Why be a 126 lb weakling when you can be like tveddy who can slaughter a full grown polar bear with his bare hands (pun intended)…

Wait a sec the OP’s name is “estrogen” Soooo I’m assuming its a girl. In that case 126 isn’t too bad. But hey you could still eat and lift maybe you’ll end up look’n like Timea Majorova.

Robitussin? That’s hard core. We were rustling up allowances for pot and beer. Does cough syrup really make you trip?

Anyways, as someone mentioned earlier, at 126 lbs, you should not be trying to lose weight. Put muscle on. Eat lots of protein and lift weights religiously.

hmmmm… I always assume that girls ask about Fahrenheit instead of HOT-ROX, but you may be right? However my advice would still apply. Eat your meat. Lift your weights and your body will change for the better. Its the law.

Damn. At 15 your body probably has not finished growing and developing. Starving yourself during this period is a really stupid idea.

Train smart, eat nutritious food, get the most out of any remaining growth spurts, develop a bit more lean mass, and you’ll create a metabolic advantage for yourself for the rest of your life.

Think long term. Whatever issues you are dealing with at 15 will soon be seen through the rear-view mirror.
