No im not Lanston thank god. I feel sorry for that dude. After his current set up with dolph and aj he will fade away. He has poor mic skills and he debuted as a hinchman heel against cena…no future at all for him.
That is unless a drastic change occurs whicj i dont see given his performace in nxt.
The woman is my ring girl. She is former pornstar sierra sinn.
Whereabouts are you in Tennessee? Unless of course that is a secret. Wouldn’t want the angry mobs with torches and holy water harassing you all the time.

Wow, 105’s for incline power flyes? You have some strong pectorals, sir.
Its “low incline power flies” so is more like an incline press with a fly portion at the bottom
I’m familiar with them… I do them weekly. In contrast, I’ve been using the 65s lately for 3 working sets directly after low incline db press. lulz
I still stand by my statement. You got some strong pectorals, sir.
T-Nation standards are silly sometimes and I don’t judge people based on them. Using the 105’s for any kind of incline press or flye for 10 reps is impressive to me.
Your bicep tendons ever bother you while doing them though? I love power flyes except they bother my bicep tendons near my elbows sometimes.

Ive managed to hook up with a company that wants me to be on the higher end of their part time schedule. This will mean balancing school work and family…not much time to play with you all.
Thanks for all the support and everything.
I will try to stop by at this semesters end when at least that time slot frees up…
