And just keep at it dude. Your muscle memory will return and you’ll do better.

When I had started grappling with my brother this past summer my muscle memory was so screwed up I was trying to shoot in on the same side I wanted to place my head for a double leg… haha. It took me a couuple weeks to get that straightened back out.

I think you and your nervous system will work things out quickly, I was going to suggest box jumps and broad jumps in your warmups but you’re probably running and jumping everywhere you go now.

So I went ahead and tried box jumps myself for the first time, it was nice doing something new and I didn’t crash into the walls or fall over so I take that as a win.
