And eh, cables - there’s such a difference machine to machine. I got a plate loaded low pulley thing and it is heavy as hell. I always forget others might have access to nicer machines… lol. On the rare occasion I do cable curls I have to put one foot on the base of the machine just so it doesn’t tip over!

yea I know what you mean. Cables are always different at every gym I go to. lots of variables go into how much weight you actually fel. no matter though, the tension is why i like cables so much anyway.

right, it became so obvious that she didnt know ho to deal with me after a few sessions with her. lol
she’s a good therapt but not for my needs. Im thankful for all the help Ive been given by all the medical staff…they fixed me now its time for my spirit to do the rest…

ah sorry I meant powerlift trainers. Thanks for the input, I didn’t know if the lack of a wooden heel would make a difference. I guess if I’m spending over $40 for a pair of shoes I should get one with a rock solid heel
