Hoping to Get at Least a 6!

Very lean too, don’t be afraid to smooth out a bit if you wanna gain some more size as you can easily diet it off in a few months time.[/quote]

Not true. Leaning out is hard. Only people who say otherwise haven’t done it.

OP could cover any fitness magazine on the stand. I realize that’s not what a lot of people are going for here, but he’s in better shape than 90% of them.

well im sure it is “hard”. but relative to bodybuilding, whats harder - putting on muscle or taking off fat?

yea it just doesn’t seem all that hard anymore.

Dude you’re looking good and very fit. I’d keep that look but bulk a little more.

What does that mean??

You’re looking good man. You know what you need to do.

I’m surprised at your stats to be honest. You’re taller than me at about the same weight, leaner (so that evens it out), but only your bench is significantly greater than mine. I guess it makes sense since your legs are lacking in comparison.

Here are four things I recommend focusing on, individually if you prefer, RDLs, front squats, back squats, and traditional deadlifts. Figure out where all they all are, and just make it your goal to add 50lb to each or something like that.

I’m having a hard time really getting a good unbiased idea of what your back truly looks like, the deadlift variants and front squats will all help you up there regardless.

Keep it up!

(Also I don’t know how you preferentially leg press/squat/etc but if you do the opposite, try doing them all way more narrow. Your lateralis looks to be lagging behind the medialis and especially your rectus femoris, which looks great.)

Thanks man. I appreciate the advice and agree with what you said. I have been focusing on squats and rdls the last few weeks and i’ll probly add in some narrow leg presses as well which i think will really improve my legs quite a bit. I strained a hip flexor playing basketball recently which sets me back a bit but its not too bad and i can still deadlift so i’ll focus on those until its healed up which shouldn’t be too long.

Good work so far, you have an impressive physique. I think you should just work on adding lean body mass until you are happy with where you are at rather than setting yourself a weight limit.

Keep up the good work! Bring up the legs.

Lol when I get to NYC I’m going to be NYC’s finest. Just saying…

ya id tap that

It means in my opinion I would keep that lean, fit look but add a little more muscle.
