I am 5’4 weighing at 140 lbs and current bench is 275, Deadlift is 365 and squat is 350. I know how to lift weights but dont know much in the field of dieting and eating right. Basically what i have right now is genetics and i have veins in my lower abs and legs, i really want to push myslef to the max and get as big as i possibly can.
–Mesurements non flexing.
–Arms 13 inches
–Chest 38 inches
–Waist 31
–Legs 20 inches at mid thigh.
In excellent shape.
Biceps need more size, triceps look good. Upper back and lats need work. Forearms stand out with your small wrists.
You don’t have a very thick waist for your height, but in comparison your quad measurement seems low.
Legs?

I’ve seen a lot worse. Add another 75 lbs of mass on top of your definition, and you’ll be ready to compete.

Lee Priest is the same height and weighs 200-225 lbs. in season according to Wikipedia.
Wokay. But I still don’t get how you noticed the 140 but not the 5’4"? Can;t blame you with the recent influx of bb.com members, but clearly this guy doesn;lt look like one of them.

I was not thinking.
One might call it a case of wanting to be the first to reply. I instantly thought, wow, 140 lbs…too skinny…must gain weight…Mmmh, 75 lbs sounds good…COOL!

I HATE bb.com…and all those skinny losers who think they are ripped monsters and come to T-Nation’s RMP and expect the same compliments they received there.
The gods have been good to you, my friend. While youre not Brian Buchanan, you have good potential.
Whats your current training like?
And for all you know, you may have good sized lats. Many people struggle to “push” the shoulders apart.
To his friend (I assume), I’ve personally found high-rep lat pulldowns and wide-grip pullups (especially if you have someone to “poke” your lats when youre doing them) are useful in getting people to flex their lats relatively quickly and easily (when the trainr HAS some lats in the first place) and close grip chins and close-grip (and even shoulder-width) pulldowns with palms facing you are useful in building up the lats.
Try using one of those old strands (or rubber cables) and holiding overhead, drag your hands out to your sides in front of the mirror (you could always do this with just your hands alone of course). Many other tricks exist, and muscle control specialist (google Maxalding) wrote some interesting protocols to help you get them to flex.
In any case, a good posing coach will help you out fairly quick if youre interested.
