Hello everyone! Hope all is well with training. Here are few pics of me during a photo shot in the States. Just wondering what needs improvement… Here is a before pic to start with:

Pic#1

Pic#2

PIC#3

PIC#4

PIC#5
All the pic’s were taken by my ex-girlfriend at the time. Originals are way better!
Pretty impressive I must say, nice work, what are you stats, goals…etc.
looking good brother
Hey thx,
Height: 5’9
Weight: 167 Lbs day of shoot 155 lbs
arms: ??
waist: 29" today 31"
LOL, just got the phone with a buddy who told me not to guess. So l’ll measure everything tomorrow.
Goals:
Well now l’m just in maintenance phase(whatever that means) however come sept-oct l’m looking to get strong again adding 5-10 pounds back on.
As far the pics what do you think i should work on. I think upper chest, F’n hate that area of my physique.
I can’t see much to improve on- but if you force me to say something, I would say your lat development isn’t quite up to the rest of you. Overall, though, outstanding!

Crazy veins on your legs bro! very cool. If I had to critique, I’d say your arms look to be on the smaller side (pic #3). Of course 155 lbs at 5’9 sounds incredibly light. I was 150 at 5’9 when I started training, and I looked like a runner (which I admitedly was -lol)
Overall, you look great
Looks good… but im having hard time believing ur 155 in those pics u look like u def weigh more
Thx for the input guys… As for my back, it to is a work in progress. What movements would best build my back up? I just recently added deadlifts to my back routine. I do like them however they tax the F#$% out of me.

He indicated he cut to 155 for the shoot and he walks around heavier.
Good physique.

I like bent over rows, and Im sure you cant go wrong with any type of chin up variation
My Suggestions:
Wear better sandals in Pic #4. Build up your traps and lats. Legs look awesome man. Good job.

You do look great. I would hit your outer thigh and your lats. I just cant believe how much bigger you look than you weigh.
