Homemade Weight Gainer Shakes

Hey,

I hate taking those high sugar, trans and saturated fats filled weight gainers that they sell at every supplement store…

Just wondering if anyone has any good recipes for home made weight gainers…

the only draw back? Little to no dairy or peanut butter please…

Metabolic Drive Complete + any high calorie additive. Think blueberries, milk, fruit. If maximum calories are desired add syrup or whipped cream or whatever floats your calorie boat.

8-10 oz. of whole milk
3 scoops of protein powder
2 tbsp. of natural peanut butter
2 packets instant oatmeal
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Blend as you add ingredient, otherwise you’re gonna have trouble at the end.

Drink quickly, otherwide this thing will harden on you.

Protein: 100 grams (probably a bit more)
Carbs: 100 grams
Fat: 100 grams

kCal: 'bout a thousand.

Warning: do not drink immediately before doing jumping jacks or sexy-time.

Stop drinking that store bought weigt-gainer shit. It’s just sugar.
