8-10 oz. of whole milk
3 scoops of protein powder
2 tbsp. of natural peanut butter
2 packets instant oatmeal
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Blend as you add ingredient, otherwise you’re gonna have trouble at the end.
