I am looking to get some 1.25 pound plates but preferably I wouldn’t like to buy them. Does anyone know any ways to make your own 1.25 pound microplates?
I’ve seen it done with small sections of chain, connected to form a loop.
I just add extra clamps to the bar.
Use 2 inch ID washers. Mcmaster.com part number 91081A046. $1.71 each. I guess they weight a little less than a pound each.
