Hitting Knees when Deadlifting

Now I’m hitting knees on the way up…:frowning: my stance is kinda jacked since losing a lot of fat weight.

Try moving them outta the way :+1:

Put more weight on the bar.

Maybe try spreading your knees apart like in a squat, and experiment with flaring toes out
