Hit Two New PRs This Week.

Im 20 years old, 6’1, 210 lbs. I’ve been seriously at this since late August of this year.

First was bench on Monday. I workout alone, but for the set of 235 I kindly asked a guy at the gym to spot me. I guess me wanting to not look pansy made me crank out all five reps without his help.

Second was on dead lift today. I think I should have gone with more. Next week Im gonna start from 300 and ramp up from there.

I’m double your age, and about 20 pounds heavier, and have been at it since June.

I should be benching 200 in 4 weeks, DLing 300, and squatting 300, all for reps, all PRs.
