Alright not really for you, unless you do use HIT. My friend that i workout with is obsessed with training to failure. I figured i can either have him do HIT or do very high volume training with light intensity but he wants to be able to use a lot of weight. Can anyone post a good link to a good HIT workout? Preferably something that can fit a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. These are the days we can workout.

Try DoggCrapp training. Just Google “dc training bodybuilding.” There are tons of suggested workouts on the web.
