I was doing reverse hypers about a month ago when I felt a sharp pain in my left hip. I stopped the workout, and the pain went away in a few days. Yesterday I was doing sprints and I felt the pain again. It hurts basically whenever I extend my hip. It’s not a sharp or burning pain, more of a paralyzing pain. Anyway, I’m going to lacrosse camp on Saturday so I’d appreciate any quick tips to solve this problem. Thanks
