High Frequency Training

Would bench pressing two times a week be considered high frequency? Also, should I do pushups everyday or just the day I work upperbody?

No, training a movement twice a week is generally considered the ‘best’ way to stimulate growth. (Everyone’s different, but twice-a-week is a good rule of thumb for most movements)

Depends on how hard you’re working upperbody. In general, doing more of any movement can’t hurt, but if you’re really sore after your normal chest-day, I’d skip it.

Keep in mind, if you’re doing more ‘Pushing’ movement, you’ll need to also add ‘Pulling’ movements to keep your shoulders balanced. Do some more rowing, chin-ups, pull-downs etc. You should do one set of pulls for every set of pushing. Similarly, you should be able to row as much weight as you can bench.
